This is it
I hope this is it. I want to end my life long struggle to be thin. I need to for myself, my health, my life, my children and for my dear husband. I want to feel better and have energy to do everything I want to. Play. hike, clean, dance, laugh. I am starting weight watchers.I walked today for 20 minutes. I used to walk 5 miles everyday. Now 20 minutes was exhausting. I think my current weight is 275. I never though I would see the day. SO this is how it begins.
Goals, Week One
1. Track all food.
2. Walk 20 minutes everyday.
3. Drink 10 glasses of water a day.
Weigh in will be Monday morning at 7am.
