Hakuna Matata
Went to the grocery store last night. Bought healthy, low fat foods, tons of veges and fruit and water. This is the fourth week of not buying any "crap"! That means no crackers, cookies or baked goods. (except for last weeks car binge, but no one knew about that, well, I told my husband) I realize my biggest problem is NOT eating healthy, I have always eaten two veges, (one green, one yellow/red) and meat and starch, sometimes with a salad for dinner. Light lunches.. My problem is No breakfast, snacks and too big portions.
