Half way thru the day turn around

It's noon. I didn't eat breakfast, so by 11am I was starving, I ate last nights leftovers. Whole wheat pasta and lemon chicken, yumm. That was fine, 1 cup pasta, 2oz chicken then cause I hadn't had enuf carbs I ate two pieces of pita bread. Then I ate a bag of mim fudge stripes. 210 cals, 10 grams of fat. Huh, what the falalala. I put the girls down for their naps. Oh how I wanted to take a nap tooooooooo. Especially after all those tummy filling satan made carbs. But after I got chloe asleep, I got my arse up and put away the laundry. I have been reading blogs, my motivation has been renewed and I am listening to Shaggy, Dance and Shout. I am going to go walk on the treadmil right now. AND KICK SOME BUT!!!! buhbye pita bread calories or maybe at least 10 of them hehehe. no more crap. Cut the shit heather, get up and move. you DESERVE this, YOU CAN DO IT!

right, off to sweat some fat.
