suck crap

Yeah today, today sucks.

It doesn't really. But it does. Make any sense, prolly not.

I woke up this morning feeling so fat fat fat. I felt bloated and uck. I ate by my plan yesterday. With the expection of 1/2 c. sugar free ice cream and 1/2 gallon of lite hot fudge (not really but I wanted too..) it was really like 2 tbsp. and 1 tsp pecans... a total 5 pts. So I was still under my points (by 1)for the day. I did the treadmill for an hour yesterday. I have no idea why I woke up feeling like a Macy Thanksgiving Day Parade Balloon.

Today is sunny and bright and warmer than yesterday. I DID NOT WANT TO WALk TODAY!!! I got on the treadmill and felt like I was carrying around a small elephant. I did an hour and it felt like 3 hours. ughh. Not even my ipod could help me out today. I feel alright but man I just want to take a nap. I was up with Livy last night for three hours. (not really any different from any other night My girls both have severe food allergies and one of the reactions they have when they eat something like milk, eggs, butter, whatever is they have night wakedness, basically they stay up for hours and cry in tummy pain. Those ingredients are in just about everything too)
Anyway, just curious, what do other people do when they really aren't feeling like doing it. Do you lower you intensity? DO you have any hints or recommendations.

I think I might go lie down for 20 minutes cause yeah I am not feeling my groove today!
