where did this come from and please dont let it leave
I just cant get over how much better I am doing. Not perfect but just more concious I guess. Today I ate breakfast and lunch. I am a grazer and I am tryng very hard to do three meals a day and a snack or two. depends on the day. I had 3 points at breakfast, 4 at lunch, Breakfast I wasn't satisfied. I really wanted a dunkin donuts ham and cheese on a crossiant! But I had a glass of water and went to fold laondry. I forgot I was even hungry. (was I? probably not) Lunch I had lite kebasa, sauerkraut and unsweetened applesauce. I actually ate only a serving and was full! I had to run some errands tonite. On the way home Craig asked if I could get him something from Burger King, I said sure. I had been to three stores at this point and was hungry. Instead of ordering something I would have normally, I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal. I didn't even finish it. It fit into my points and I have 6 points to spare. What a difference in my way of thinking. I can do this. I deserve it. I like this feeling and I hope it stays!
